Classic Car Raffle Rules

   A maximum of 1200 entries will be sold for this raffle. Ticket prices are $50 each.

 

   The winner of the raffle wins a 1967 Camaro Convertible VIN: 124677L123246.  Vehicle is in good condition and running well with 116,900 original

    miles.  It will be clean, running and ready for the winner at time of pickup.

 

   The ticket buyer expressly agrees to all the rules as stated herein, and bears the responsibility to read the rules before purchasing.

   Purchaser of ticket warrants that he or she is of legal age.  Minors may not enter the raffle.

   Date of drawing is September 1, 2008 or when last ticket is sold. The time, date and place of drawing will be announced on the website.

   Winner need not be present to win.

   Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc. is a recognized non-profit organization with 501(c)3 status.

 

   Titling, taxes, licensing and transportation are the responsibility of the winner.  These must be addressed prior to taking possession of the car. Car may be

   stored for up to 30 days at no charge for the winner's convenience.  The winner is required to arrange pick up within 10 days of notification.

   Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or loss. If car is not picked up within 90 days from notification, it will remain the

   property of Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc. 

 

   Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc. makes no representation, warranty or promise regarding the specific car's condition,  value, or suitability. 

   Although the car is a "classic", it is also a used vehicle and may have unknown problems.  Every effort is made to describe and picture it accurately. 

 

   After the drawing of the winning ticket stub, the winner may be required to present the original ticket as proof of purchase as well as proof of identification  

   and legal age.

 

   Winner agrees that Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc. may use the winner's name, hometown and state, and a picture of the winner, for promotion.

   Raffle participants agree to hold harmless Carrick Ministries Foundation, Inc., its officers, directors and contractors.
